Galaxy S4 LTE-Advanced is the fastest smartphone.

With the launching of the newest Galaxy S4 LTE-Advanced version, Samsung has once again proven its ability to provide consumers the best of the latest in technological innovations. Whilst the U.S. carriers are currently still rolling out their 4G LTE networks, South Korea’s SK Telecom has switched to the new LTE-Advanced network.  And Samsung’s Galaxy S4 will be the first smartphone to take advantage of the increased speeds, which is twice the speed of the current 4G LTE. Theoretically this translates to attainable download speeds of 3Gbps and upload speed of 1.5 Gbps.

The Galaxy S4 LTE-A looks like the original S4, but this new smartphone sports a 2.3GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor. The CPU is paired with the Adreno 330 GPU and 2GB of RAM. The rest of the specs are pretty much the same as on the international versions of the Galaxy S4, including a 5 inch, 1920 x 1080 pixel display, 2GB of RAM, and a 13MP camera.
A released bench mark score for the S4 LTE-A show it is better than the S4 with Snapdragon 600 and the S4 Exynos Octa.

Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 800 processor is the fastest ARM-based chips to date, and recent benchmarks show it kind of blows away the competition in terms of graphics performance.

While LTE Advanced networks can handle download speeds as high as 300 Mbps,  real-world performance will probably be somewhat slower most of the time.

It’s unlikely we’ll see this phone in the US anytime soon, as there aren’t any wireless carriers that offer LTE-A service yet. Perhaps AT&T might fast track upgrading its facilities to use this technology.

S4 variants is not a problem.

Every now and then, more and more posts come out in the internet stating that Samsung is making a bad choice in their strategy of making different variants of the S4. Claiming that this will only cause confusion to customers. Within two months we've seen the debut of five Samsung Galaxy S4 phones: the Samsung Galaxy S4, the Galaxy S4 Active, the Galaxy S4 Google Edition, the Galaxy S4 Mini, and the Galaxy S4 Zoom and the 6.3-inch Galaxy S4 Mega.

In fact this not an issue, Samsung’s business model is to provide all segment of the market as much as possible with the option to get Galaxy S4 brand that suits to one’s taste. This works for them, and they want it that way and who are we to argue? Samsung wants its customers to get what they need and satisfied. They are in a position to provide an S4 line of products with different features that will appeal to as many people with different preferences.  Different companies are trying to do the same but hasn't quit gotten there yet. And for that, Samsung should be given praise for offering what’s best for the end users.

Many articles single out Samsung for making different versions of its S4, but in fact other companies do it. As an example somebody even mentioned in the other posts when they brought up Mercedes line of cars and their version numbers, or BMW, or Toyota. How many versions of the Prius are out there? You have different options for all makes and models or cars to fit the desires of different people. Yet, no one ever complains that a car brand gets diluted. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that, it’s called having and choosing options for your specific needs.

The fact is when you give people more choices, they're more likely to find something that suits them. It is absolutely common sense; there's nothing "confusing" about it.

Isn’t it perfect that Dad can have the Flagship S4, Mom can have the S4 Mini , your son can have the S4 active, your daughter the Galaxy Zoom and the S4 Mega for the grand parents might as well!

In this case, the “One Size – Fits all” mentality doesn’t apply.
